-          Prepare Drawing and permit from Municipal Corporation as per Bye-Laws

-          Submit Plans for NOC Clearance – Drainage Department, Road Department and Other Department

-          Detail Drawing with Specifications and dimensions for Sanction by Municipal Corporation

-          Physical cross check at site in regular basis

-          Prepare Calculations for Taxes, Fees and Charges of Government

-          Suggest Material Specification

-          Settle the dispute bills of Contractors

-          Meetings with Government Authorities, Contractors and Agencies for work

-          Prepare the Model Building of the Project

-          Give Amenities Drawing of project

-          Workout RCC design based Strata and Architectural Drawing

-          Checking of Strata of Footing, Reinforcement, Visit to the Site, Quality of the Concrete, Estimate of require Structure Steel and RCC Work

-          Inspection of the trial pit for check Strata

-          Checking Strata for footing pits basement before laying foundation PCC

-          Checking Reinforcement at every stages of RCC work
